Flushing out your water heater is imperative for a long lasting appliance.
We remove calcium that deteriorates the metal in the tank and clogs your plumbing fixtures.
Sewer line inspection
Inspection of sewer line for potential problems. Each additional line is $50 extra while on site. (Price is if cleanouts are accessible. Going on the roof has additional cost.).

Pointing the issue and locating the spot underground, to include the depth. (Price is if cleanouts are accessible. Going on the roof has additional cost.).
Sewer Cabling
This is for cabling a clog that has cleanout access. ( up to 60ft).
4" Lav faucet with supply lines
Replacement and installation of a 4" lavatory faucet and supply lines.
1/2hp Garbage disposal
Installation of a 1/2hp Garbage disposal. ( Disposal included).
